Vandals Strike Holocaust Monument in Ukraine

Police detained four youths in Kamenets-Podolsky, Ukraine on accusations that they vandalized a Holocaust monument, according to a December 9, 2009 report by the Forum news web site. The youths allegedly gathered ritual stones from nearby gravestones at the Holocaust site and threw them at the monument, damaging it in several places.
